The studio setup depends on the look you want to create. The setup used in these photos was for CSBA (California School Board Association) and features a very clean, polished and professional look.
This look is classic and timeless, which is appropriate for school board members. We can use this look across different industries as well. We tailor our studio setup based on the context that images will appear and type of look you’re looking to create. Sometimes we shoot on a white background or colored background with slightly different lighting to create a different look and feel. Today, it is essential to maintain an up to date profile pic.

We offer two options delivering the photos to your attendees:
1. We can assemble a gallery where they can go to download their headshots after the images have been edited. The gallery can be password protected if desired.
2. We can create individual galleries for each attendee and provide each person an individual link and QR code. Following the event they can view their gallery and download their professional headshots.
We offer a dark grey and white backdrop for our headshot station. However, the setup can be customized depending on your needs, vibe, and culture.
